Effective immediately, Gallery Group of Companies is thrilled to announce the appointment of Erik Lariviere, AHC, as Director, National Specifications. 

Erik began his career in 1985 working at the firm founded by his father, Yvon Lariviere. During his career at Quincaillerie Yvon Larivière Inc., Erik learned every aspect of the business from shipping through to his ultimate position as Project Manager. Erik went on to obtain his AHC in 1994 from DHI’s Geneva Park. 

From 2005 - 2018, Erik expanded his project management and spec writing experience working with Quincaillerie Architecturale LaRivière, Techniporte, Canaporte to name just a few.  

In 2018, Erik joined DormaKaba as one of Canada’s leading spec writers.

To do so, we will continue to take direction on all precautions from Canadian and WHO and government authorities.

To ensure we continue to support you, while working safely, we have implemented remote working capabilities to encourage social distancing.

Office, Meetings and Site Requirements

We understand some elements of work can’t be done remotely. We remain open to allow that work to continue. All face-to-face meetings at our offices will be re-scheduled to phone or video conferencing. Visits to operational sites if required, will be respected as per policies and guidelines shared relating to attendance at your premises.

We anticipate further announcements and guidance from government authorities on their response to COVID-19. This situation remains fluid, and we will continue to be responsive in adapting business to follow recommendations.

Products in this catalogue include electrified hinges, electrically locked and unlocked cylindrical/mortise locks, latch retraction exit devices, and electrified trims. Lawrence Hardware has constantly been synonymous with high quality mechanical hardware, and we are committed to evolving with the ever-changing markets, particularly in the technological field. Our vision has always been to supply the global markets with the best hardware solutions available while instilling confidence and satisfaction in all of our valued customers. The Electronic Opening Solutions will provide the convenience, comfort, and the security that suit all of our customer’s needs.

May 17, 2018, Lawrence Hardware Inc. is pleased to provide the 2018 Commercial Hardware Price Book. As all of our customers and representatives know Lawrence Hardware has launched over 20 new products and line extensions over the last year. In order to keep up with these additions it was becoming more and more difficult to keep everyone up to speed with the pricing associated with these additions. We have added may more images to Price Book in order to make ordering more simple. The New Price Book follows the same logic as the Commercial Hardware Catalogue 2017. In order to give our valued customers time to adjust to the new pricing we have made it Effective July 1, 2018. For those customers who stock product this is particularly important to know. For our Contract Hardware customers who may be working on projects please contact your representatives to discuss.

April 1, 2018, It is with great pride that we announce the addition of Sealing Systems for Doors to our extensive product offering. December 15, 2016 We are pleased to announce the release of our newly printed Lawrence Commercial Hardware Catalogue 2017.  This new hard copy catalogue is a very powerful tool for use in specifying product for new projects. Designers and architects will be delighted to get this catalogue into their libraries as soon as possible.  Our sturdy archival box ensures that even when the catalogue is in use there is always a prominent location reserved on the shelf for it. Contact your representative as soon as you can to order copies for you and your clients. 

In conjunction with our new and improved website we think you will have all of the resources you need either a few clicks or a few pages away. This is a very comprehensive catalogue that features not only products you come to expect from Lawrence Hardware but also a number of new and exciting additions:  cUL Fire Rated Butt Hinges, 3-D Adjustable Hinges, additional Designer Levers, additional options and features for Small Case and standard Mortise Locks, an updated Electronic product section and Universal Flushbolts.

October 1, 2016, Established in 1993 by Brian James Charette as a manufacturer’s representative;  B.J. Charette and Associates set out with a goal to supply its customers with quality products and service. By not only meeting but also exceeding those goals the agency quickly grew and expanded to what is now a very successful family business.



In 2006 Brian’s son Mike joined the agency and added to its growth and overall client satisfaction.  In 2016 Michael succeeded Brian to become the principal of B.J. Charette & Associates and will now continue to successfully grow into its second generation.
